Where applicable, selected entries may be considered for publication in Veils & Verses anthologies. Any publication arrangements will be communicated separately.

Registration for contests becomes valid only after the required registration process has been successfully completed.

Payment confirmations may be requested for verification before registration is finalized.

Veils & Verses reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations where payment cannot be verified or where false information has been provided.

Authors seeking publication are encouraged to discuss their project with our publishing team before beginning the publishing process.

Depending on the publication requirements, authors may be requested to provide:

• Identity documents
• Manuscript
• Author information
• Other documents reasonably necessary for publication

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication.

Veils & Verses reserves the right to decline publication projects that do not meet its editorial, legal, or operational requirements.

Where applicable, Veils & Verses may assist authors with the ISBN application process.

ISBN assistance forms part of the publishing workflow but does not constitute a guarantee regarding approval timelines or outcomes, which may depend on the relevant issuing authority and the completeness of the required documentation.

Publication timelines may vary depending on manuscript readiness, editorial requirements, and production schedules.

Authors retain ownership of the copyright in their original literary works unless otherwise agreed through a separate written agreement.

By submitting manuscripts or contest entries, participants confirm that:

• They are the rightful creator of the submitted work.
• Their submission does not knowingly infringe the rights of any third party.
• The work does not violate applicable laws.

Any publishing rights, licenses, or permissions will be governed by separate agreements where applicable.

Veils & Verses offers books in digital and physical formats.

Digital publications are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.

Paperback books are shipped to the delivery address supplied by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to production, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees, where relevant, may be communicated during the purchase process.

Users agree not to:

• Submit false information.
