How to Participate

- You will receive the official payment QR code in Instagram Direct Messages.
- Complete the payment according to your selected registration plan.
- Send the payment screenshot through Instagram.
- Our team will verify your payment and send you the registration form link and official WhatsApp number.
- Complete the registration form.
- Send your poem(s) as a normal WhatsApp message to the official Veils & Verses WhatsApp number.
- Your submission will be registered under your name and entered into the competition.
- Relax while our judging panel evaluates all submissions.
Judging Criteria
Every poem is evaluated carefully using the following parameters.
Theme & Message (20%)
How effectively the poem communicates its central idea and emotional depth.
Creativity & Originality (20%)
Uniqueness of thought, imagination, and originality of expression.
Imagery & Language (15%)
Effective use of literary devices, descriptive language, symbolism, and imagery.
Structure & Form (15%)
Organization, rhythm, flow, and overall construction of the poem.
Sound & Flow (15%)
Musicality, readability, cadence, and smooth progression of ideas.
Emotional Impact (15%)
The poem's ability to move, inspire, or leave a lasting impression on the reader.
Contest Rules
- Entries must be entirely original.
- Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
- AI-generated submissions are not permitted.
- Participants must submit poems only after successful registration.
- Poems must be submitted through the official WhatsApp number provided after registration.
- The organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete or inappropriate submissions.
- The judges' decision shall be final and binding.
